Brigham advises clients on a broad range of family law matters and has considerable experience in the areas of guardianship, parenting, protection and property issues affecting children and adults. He regularly appears in the Family Court on behalf of parties. He is also appointed frequently by the Court to act for subject children involved in proceedings and as Counsel to Assist.
He is of Ngati Hine, Ngapuhi, Ngati Kahungunu and pakeha descent, was born and raised in Waikato and admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in 2009. After spending five years at an eminent Hamilton law firm, he established Family Law Solutions and has been a firm Director since 2014.
Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his whanau and friends, being involved in his cultural, school, church and sporting communities and supporting his wife and children with their interests and events.

Joe has a vast amount of experience in Family Court matters, which include an expertise in the areas of parenting, protection, guardianship, Oranga Tamariki proceedings and relationship property. Joe acts for both private and legally aided clients and is routinely appointed by the Family Court as Lawyer for Child.
He obtained his LLB from the University of Waikato and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in 2009. Joe worked at a provincial law firm in Te Kuiti for over ten years before joining Family Law Solutions as a Director in 2020.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, boating, mountain biking, and playing football.
Senior Solicitor, LLB
Sharandeep is an experienced Family Court Lawyer with proficiency in the areas of parenting, protection, guardianship, Oranga Tamariki, paternity and marriage dissolution matters. She obtained her LLB from the University of Waikato and in 2017, was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor.
Her law career began with a firm in South Auckland, though from 2018 onwards, she has continued to practise law in her hometown of Hamilton. She joined the team of Lawyers at Family Law Solutions in 2022 as a Senior Lawyer and represents clients from a variety of ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
She is fluent in English, Punjabi and Hindi. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and spending time with her family and friends.
